20thC Patinated Bronze Grouping of Two Young Children

This very decorative bronze grouping shows two very young children standing side by side, the boy on the right side putting his right arm around the girl’s shoulder and whispering in her ear as she holds a bunch of flowers. They stand on a ‘rocky’ outcrop which is mounted on a round sea green marble base. The bronze is signed Angus? and there is a foundry mark but it also is undecipherable.
