Very well cast models of classical maidens standing on decorated stepped rectangular black marble bases, the upper base mounted with an Etruscan style frieze; the bases have gilt bronze trim and gilt bronze lions feet. Each maiden holds aloft a basket/urn from which five curved and rather angular candle arms germinate, in addition to the central candle shaft. French circa 1850.
