French Empire Gilt Bronze Column Lamp

A mid 19thC French Empire lamp in finely chased gilded bronze on a white marble base. The bronze base of the lamp in triform shape decorated with winged swans supporting a second level decorated with grotesque masks; in turn supporting a gilded column which house the electrics. French circa 1840.
